1. Acceptance

By creating an Commissions Flow account you agree to these Terms.

2. Publisher eligibility

You must own or operate the website you register with, and traffic sent through Commissions Flow must be human, opt-in, and comply with the destination brand's terms. Bot, incentivised, or misleading traffic is prohibited.

3. Commissions & payouts

Publishers earn the commission rate published on each brand's offer card, minus any reversals or fraud clawbacks by the underlying advertiser. Payouts are processed weekly to verified accounts. Minimum payout thresholds are shown in your dashboard.

4. Advertiser terms

Advertisers agree to honour published payouts, provide accurate tracking pixels, and settle approved conversions within the terms of their insertion order.

5. Prohibited activity

• Trademark bidding or spoofing.
• Cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
• Bot or emulator traffic.
• Any activity that violates local law.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Pending commissions from fraudulent traffic are forfeited.

7. Liability

Commissions Flow is provided "as-is." Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid to you in the preceding 90 days.
